Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for supporting Make For Good. Every item in my shop is created, packaged, and shipped with care from my home studio in Virginia. Below you’ll find all the details about shipping, processing times, and what to expect after you place an order.
Processing Times
Handmade originals, prints, and ceramics:
Most items in the shop are complete & ready-to-ship. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packaged and prepared for shipment. Tracking will be provided to the email address on your order.
Made-to-order items:
If your item is made just for you, processing times will be listed on the individual product page.
Subscription items:
All subscription items are shipped on the 15th of each month.
Digital downloads:
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the carrier’s current rates. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Typical transit times:
U.S. orders: 2–7 business days
International orders: 1–3 weeks (varies by destination and customs)
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I’m unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
Check with nearby neighbors.
Look in secure/alternate delivery spots.
Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
If the package cannot be found after these steps, please reach out to me & I’ll do my best to help track it down.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of both the packaging and the item so I can make it right.
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), I will replace or refund the order.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
At this time, only postcard subscriptions are available for international delivery.
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and cannot be predicted in advance. Any delays caused by customs are outside my control.
If you live outside the U.S. and would like to purchase anything beyond postcard subscriptions, I’m happy to help. Please reach out through my Contact Page, and I can arrange an order for you individually.
Local Pickup
At this time, I do not offer local pickup.
