Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you so much for supporting Make For Good. Each piece is handmade, original, and packaged with care. Because of the nature of small-batch work, I keep a simple and clear returns policy to ensure fairness and to protect the artwork during shipping.
Returns
If you need to request a return, please contact me within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and often available in limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact me within 1 week of delivery with your request, and I’ll let you know what’s possible based on current inventory and availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me within 48 hours with photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging (including the shipping label)
I will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. If the item is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, I’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Digital downloads
Custom or personalized items
Made-to-order pieces created specifically for you
Items purchased through the Phoenix Sale or other clearance events
